Please indicate at checkout which design option you would like (portrait or landscape)and whether you'd like the printed background/blank white so you can write on them or more photos displayed on the back.

These cards can be customized in any way you'd like - names, wording, colors, etc. Two free proofs are included in your purchase - additional proofs are $10 each. Please indicate family names, wording, any color requests, etc. in the comment section at checkout.
Email photos you would like to use for your card to info@needleandnotecard.com. Please note we can not do any photo editing and high res photos are preferred.

These designs are not available as digital downloads and can only be ordered as finished items through our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
