Frequently Asked Questions
PAPER -
- Design: Once we receive your order and customization requests we will work on up to 3 proofs for you. Any additional proofs over that will incur an additional fee of $5 for every 3 more proofs. Once you are happy with your design and approve your final proof we will send it to the printer and then ship it out to you as soon as it is made.
- Customization: We want you to be 100% happy with your design so we will work with you to create the customization options to include colors, designs and wording. If you don't see something listed on our website please send us a message and we will create something unique for you.
- Shipping: We ship USPS Priority as soon as your order is printed. If you need your order rushed please let us know.
EMBROIDERY -
- Items: If you have an item you would like to be embroidered you can send it to us, or drop it off if you are local. If you'd like us to find something to stitch we'd be happy to recommend something and order it directly. We will add the cost of the item to your final price.
- Deposit: We take a $10 deposit for all hand-embroidered items and then we will communicate with you about the final cost as so much is dependent on the items being stitched, the design, colors, etc.
